Refugee Camps Struggling With AIDS

There are 1,000,000 children under the age of 15 that are living with HIV or suffering from AIDS, and some of those children are living in refugee camps. Many of these children lack education. Also, many adults die early from AIDS, leaving behind orphans struggling to survive. A lot of these orphans have AIDS, also, because this disease can be passed from mother to child. There is a total of 13.2 million "AIDS Orphans" in the world, and most of them live in Sub-Saharan Africa. More and more children and adults are dying everyday, therefore we need to keep thinking of ways to prevent it. The life expectancy is much shorter because of people dieing early from AIDS.
*77% of children under 15 who have HIV/AIDS live in Africa!
*If there were no AIDS epidemic, the life expectancy in Nambia would be 70 years, but with AIDS as a factor, the life expectancy is 37!
